1. (a) For an individual to be eligible for the Older Individuals Who Are Blind program, an applicant must be:

   1. (1) At least fifty-five (55) years of age; and
   2. (2) Seeking assistance with independent living goals.
2. (b) Any applicant who wishes to seek an employment goal should be referred to the VR program.

Codification Notes: “VR” means vocational rehabilitation.
