1. (a) In accordance with Arkansas Code § 24-2-402(7)(A)(i), when calculating an Arkansas Judicial Retirement System benefit for a reciprocal member, only actual service as a judge will be used in the numerator.
2. (b) Other service (i.e. purchased, service or free military service) will not be included in the numerator.
