24 CAR § 10-1016 – Staff determinations — Appeals — Rights of members under the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act

(a) A member who receives an adverse final order from the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System retains certain rights under the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, Arkansas Code § 25-15-201 et seq.
(b)
1. (1) A member may file a petition for judicial review under the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act.
2. (2) A petition for judicial review of a final order of the board shall be filed by the member within thirty (30) days after service of the board’s final order on the member.
3. (3) A member shall file the petition for judicial review in Pulaski County Circuit Court or the circuit court of any county in which the member resides or does business.
