1. (a) No enhancement of benefits under 24 CAR § 1-513 shall be implemented if it would cause the Arkansas District Judge Retirement System’s unfunded actuarial accrued liabilities to exceed a thirty-year amortization.
2. (b) No enhancement of benefits under 24 CAR § 1-513 shall be implemented by the Arkansas District Judge Retirement System if it has unfunded actuarial liabilities being amortized over a period exceeding thirty (30) years until the unfunded actuarial liability is reduced to a level less than the standards prescribed by Arkansas Code § 24-1-101.
