1. (a) Any member of the Arkansas District Judge component of the Arkansas Public Employees’ Retirement System who has served a minimum of eight (8) years of service, including any service in the former Arkansas District Judge Retirement System, shall be eligible for a deferred vested retirement benefit.
2. (b) This deferred vested benefit is accrued under 24 CAR § 1-513 and is payable beginning on the first of the month after the member has reached age sixty-five (65).
