1. (a)

   1. (1) In accordance with Acts 1995, No. 1211, the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Public Employees’ Retirement System does hereby authorize expense reimbursement for board members to attend all regular and special meetings of the board and its committees.
   2. (2) Such reimbursement shall not exceed the rate established for state employees by state travel rules.
   3. (3) Board members shall not be paid a stipend.
2. (b) The board does hereby delegate to the Executive Director of the Arkansas Public Employees’ Retirement System the approval of all board travel other than travel to attend regular and special meetings of the board and its committees.
