- (a) In accordance with Arkansas Code § 23-13-718(b), staff may inspect records held by a TNC that are needed to investigate or resolve an informal or formal complaint.
- (b) Staff may inspect records and conduct audits pursuant to Arkansas Code § 23-13-718(c).
