- (a) This part applies to TNCs and TNS.
(b) This part does not apply to:
- (1) Taxicab services governed by Arkansas Code § 14-57-301 et seq.;
- (2) Motor carrier services pursuant to the Arkansas Motor Carrier Act, Arkansas Code § 23-13-201 et seq.; or
- (3) Street hails as prohibited by Arkansas Code § 23-13-715.
