1. (a) Each LEC shall maintain a record of the equipped (or programmed) and in-service quantity of central office switching lines (or line appearance numbers and terminals or connectors or directory numbers).
2. (b) Each LEC shall be able to provide evidence of an effective procedure to ensure adequacy of central office equipment for new service applications.
