23 CAR § 466-709
Construction records and plans
Arkansas Code § 23-2-305
(a) Each LEC shall maintain copies of all construction reports and plans for a period of at least two (2) years after the completion of a project.
(b) The records shall include but not be limited to the:
(1) Design specifications;
(2) Contracts;
(3) Work orders;
(4) Material placed; and
(5) Associated costs.
