- (a) Records required by this part and orders of the Arkansas Public Service Commission shall be maintained for at least the period of time designated in the most current Federal Communications Commission rules governing preservation of records for LECs or as specifically provided for in this part or orders of the Arkansas Public Service Commission, whichever period of time is longer.
- (b) In any event, such records shall be maintained for at least two (2) years.
