1. (a) Overpayments shall be credited to the customer’s account unless the customer requests otherwise.
2. (b) When a customer notifies the LEC that he or she has overpaid his or her account and requests a refund of the overpayment, the LEC shall refund the amount of the overpayment within thirty (30) days.
