1. (a)

   1. (1) The General Staff of the Arkansas Public Service Commission will provide an annual summary of Arkansas Public Service Commission-approved changes to this part.
   2. (2) Each LEC shall annually update the information required by 23 CAR § 466-201.
   3. (3) The General Staff’s summary will not be legally binding.
2. (b) If an LEC intends to change service in a way that would substantially affect the provision of the service or the operation of any device or equipment, it shall notify all affected customers by mail, bill insert, or other reasonable medium at least thirty (30) days before the change.
