1. (a) Customers shall be notified of the results of the election within forty-five (45) days of the ballot certification date.

2. (b) Notification may be by:

   1. (1) Mail;
   2. (2) Bill insert;
   3. (3) Bill message; or
   4. (4) Other reasonable means.

3. (c) The notification shall include the following:

   1. (1) A description of the EAS route;
   2. (2) The results of the EAS election;
   3. (3) The implementation date, if applicable; and
   4. (4) The EAS rate or rates.
