- (a) Each water utility shall maintain its system in accordance with the Department of Health’s Rules Pertaining to Public Water Systems, 20 CAR pt. 140, and with the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission’s Rule Establishing Water Quality Standards for Surface Waters of the State of Arkansas, 8 CAR pt. 21, unless otherwise ordered by the Arkansas Public Service Commission.
- (b) Each water utility shall keep sufficient records to provide evidence of compliance with the maintenance requirements listed in this section.
