- (a) Minimum pressure. Each water utility shall operate water distribution systems in such a manner that a minimum pressure of twenty pounds per square inch gauge (20 psig) is maintained in all mains in the distribution system under all conditions of demand.
- (b) Maximum pressure. Each water utility shall operate water distribution systems so that water pressure does not exceed one hundred twenty-five pounds per square inch gauge (125 psig) in all mains in the distribution system under all conditions of demand.
