- (a) Each water utility shall provide, own, install, operate, and maintain at its expense equipment necessary for regulating and measuring service delivered to customers.
(b) A utility may charge an Arkansas Public Service Commission-approved fee for additional meters:
- (1) Used as special meters; or
- (2) Provided for the customer's convenience.
- (c) The amount of the approved fee shall be set forth in the utility's tariffed schedule of fees and charges.
