(a)
- (1) Each water utility shall make a complete record of every test or inspection made to comply with this part.
(2) The record shall include the:
- (A) Time;
- (B) Date;
- (C) Place;
- (D) Tester;
- (E) Inspector; and
- (F) Results.
(3) Each water utility shall maintain test and inspection records:
- (A) At least two (2) years; or
- (B) As specified in this part.
- (b) Results of tests made by the Department of Health or persons or agencies authorized by the Department of Health, the utility, or the Arkansas Public Service Commission shall be maintained by each utility.
- (c) Each water utility shall conduct tests using the methods and procedures recommended by the American Public Health Association.
