- (a) Records required by this part and orders of the Arkansas Public Service Commission shall be maintained for at least the period of time designated in the most current National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners rules and regulations governing the preservation of records for water utilities or as specifically provided for in this part or orders of the Arkansas Public Service Commission, whichever period of time is longer.
- (b) In any event, such records shall be maintained for a minimum of two (2) years.
