(a)
(1) Except as provided in 23 CAR § 464-604(c), gas pressure at the connection with the customer's piping shall not:
- (A) Drop below one-half (1/2) of normal gauge pressure; or
- (B) Exceed twice the normal gauge pressure.
- (2) A temporary minor variation beyond the control of the utility shall not be considered a violation.
- (b) A utility shall not be responsible for maintaining normal gauge pressure to customer equipment that uses gas if the customer piping does not conform to the Arkansas Plumbing Code, 17 CAR pt. 65.
