(a)
- (1) Each gas utility shall establish a minimum average heating value for gas delivered to its customers.
(2) The average heating value shall not be less than nine hundred seventy-five British thermal units (975 BTU) per cubic foot at:
- (A) Fourteen and seventy-three hundredths pounds per square inch absolute (14.73 psia); and
- (B) Sixty degrees Fahrenheit (60° F).
- (b) The minimum average heating value for gas delivered to customers shall be filed as a tariff according to the Arkansas Public Service Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, 23 CAR pt. 462.
