- (a) Each gas utility shall maintain its system in accordance with the Arkansas Gas Pipeline Code for Design, Construction, Operation, Inspection, and Maintenance of Natural Gas Systems, 23 CAR pt. 451.
- (b) The Arkansas Gas Pipeline Code shall take precedence over any other requirements for construction, operation, and maintenance of gas facilities under the jurisdiction of the Arkansas Public Service Commission.
- (c) Each gas utility shall be able to provide evidence of compliance with the Arkansas Gas Pipeline Code's maintenance requirements.
