1. (a) Each gas utility shall maintain a record of the flow rate/accuracy certification of transfer provers.

2. (b) At a minimum, each record shall include the:

   1. (1) Number of tests performed; and
   2. (2) Pressure and temperature differences between the standard and master meter.
