- (a) Each gas utility shall maintain copies of all construction reports and plans for a period of at least two (2) years after the completion of a project.
(b) The records shall include, but not be limited to:
- (1) Design specifications;
- (2) Contracts;
- (3) Work orders;
- (4) Material placed; and
- (5) Associated costs.
