1. (a) Each gas utility shall maintain records within the State of Arkansas, at the offices of the gas utility, or at locations outside the State of Arkansas authorized by the Arkansas Public Service Commission.
2. (b) Such records shall be available at all reasonable hours for examination by the Arkansas Public Service Commission, its representatives, or others authorized by the Arkansas Public Service Commission.
