(a)
- (1) Each electric utility shall make reasonable extensions of its facilities as provided in the electric utility's Arkansas Public Service Commission-approved extension of facilities tariff.
- (2) Each electric utility shall file its extension of facilities policy as a tariff according to the Arkansas Public Service Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, 23 CAR pt. 462.

(b)
- (1) When a customer pays for an extension of service and later moves from that service location, the electric utility shall attempt to leave those facilities in place for use by other customers.
- (2) If the electric utility removes the facilities, an applicant requesting the same extension of service at the premises shall obtain the extension cost-free.
