1. (a) A deposition upon oral examination or on written questions pursuant to this part may be taken as provided in Rules 27, 28, 30, and 31 of the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure.
2. (b) Depositions shall not be taken before the time set for the filing of the deponent’s party’s initial written testimony in proceedings where written testimony is required or scheduled.
