1. (a) Any party to the extent relevant and material to the issues as to which intervention has been granted may obtain discovery by one (1) or more of the following methods:

   1. (1) Depositions upon oral examination or written questions;
   2. (2) Written interrogatories;
   3. (3) Production of documents or things or permission to enter upon land or other property for inspection and other purposes;
   4. (4) Requests for admission; or
   5. (5) Upon motion to the Arkansas Public Service Commission, by any means otherwise authorized by the Arkansas Public Service Commission.
2. (b) Parties shall be reasonable in the frequency and extent of use of discovery.
