1. (a)

   1. (1) The Arkansas Public Service Commission may adjourn a hearing to any future date or place.
   2. (2) Such adjournment shall be noted in the record and further notice shall not be required.
2. (b) A hearing shall be deemed concluded when the Arkansas Public Service Commission so determines.
