1. (a) By May 1 annually, each electric and gas utility shall file an annual report addressing the performance of all approved conservation and energy efficiency programs.

2. (b) The report shall:

   1. (1) Present the:

      1. (A) Results of the prescribed EM&V measures for each program;
      2. (B) EM&V measures for the utility’s portfolio;
      3. (C) Amounts spent on each conservation and energy efficiency program; and
      4. (D) Total amounts spent on all programs; and
   2. (2) Include a measure of each program’s savings.
