- (a) Electric utilities regulated by the Arkansas Public Service Commission will use this part to establish the informational report that will meet the planning expectations of the Arkansas Public Service Commission.
- (b) The general approach of this part will allow utilities to formulate plans that reflect their specific circumstances.
