1. (a) The complaint shall be served on respondent pursuant to 23 CAR § 462-902 of the Arkansas Public Service Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, 23 CAR pt. 462.
2. (b) Respondent may file a response pursuant to 23 CAR § 462-902 of the Arkansas Public Service Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, 23 CAR pt. 462.
3. (c) Thereafter, the Arkansas Public Service Commission may adopt a procedural schedule for the filing of written testimony with or without a hearing, as appropriate.
