1. (a) A utility may calculate late payment charges only on an overdue portion of a bill for utility service.
2. (b) A late payment charge may not exceed ten percent (10%) of the first thirty dollars ($30.00) of the customer’s bill and two percent (2%) of the remainder.
3. (c) The amount of the late payment charge shall be set forth in the utility’s tariffed schedule of fees and charges.
