1. (a) If no late charge is imposed, the due date of a bill shall not be less than fourteen (14) calendar days after the date a bill is mailed.
2. (b) If a utility imposes a late payment charge, the due date of the bill shall not be less than twenty-two (22) calendar days after the date the bill is mailed.
