Funding from the Arkansas High Cost Fund may be sought for the following purposes:

1. (1) To provide support to ETCs pursuant to the provisions of Acts 2007, No. 385; and
2. (2) To defray the costs of administering the fund, including the costs of completing an annual, independent audit.
