(a)

1. (1) Regular meetings of the Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission shall be held on the third Wednesday of each month and will continue in session until business is completed insofar as it is possible.
2. (2) Any regular meeting of the commission may be set forward, postponed, canceled, or adjourned to another day as determined by the Chair of the Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission.

(d)

1. (1) Special meetings of the commission may be called at any time by the chair or a majority of the commission.
2. (2) Special meetings of the commission may, upon approval of the chair or a majority of the commission, be held at any place within the State of Arkansas.
