Waiver of requirements of rules
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
- (a) Upon written request and good cause shown, the Arkansas Racing Commission may waive one (1) or more of the requirements of the rules in this subpart.
- (b) If a waiver is granted, the commission may impose alternative requirements.
