Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
- (a) The Arkansas Racing Commission shall have the power to issue an interlocutory stop order to an operator suspending the operation of its interactive gaming system to allow for examination and inspection of the interactive gaming system by commission agents.
- (b) An operator that is the subject of an interlocutory stop order issued by the commission shall immediately cease the operation of its interactive gaming system until the interlocutory stop order is lifted.
