Advertising and promotions

- (a) An operator, including its employees or agents, shall be truthful and nondeceptive in all aspects of its interactive gaming advertising and promotions.
- (b) An operator which engages in any promotion related to interactive gaming shall clearly and concisely explain the terms of the promotion and adhere to such terms.
