In addition to the reserve required by this part, and other requirements that may be imposed by this part, the operator shall maintain cash in the sum of the following:
- (1) Twenty-five percent (25%) of the total amount of authorized players’ funds held in interactive gaming accounts, excluding those funds that are not redeemable for cash; and
- (2) The full amount of any progressive jackpots related to interactive gaming.
