- (a) Each operator shall adopt and adhere to written, comprehensive house rules governing wagering transactions by and between authorized players that are available for review at all times by authorized players through a conspicuously displayed link.
(b) Such house rules shall include, but not be limited to, specifying the following:
- (1) Clear and concise explanation of all fees;
- (2) The rules of play of a game;
- (3) Any monetary wagering limits; and
- (4) Any time limits pertaining to the play of a game.
- (c) Prior to adopting or amending such house rules, an operator shall submit such rules to the Arkansas Racing Commission for the commission’s approval.
