Access to premises and production of records

- (a) Operators holding a license issued by the Arkansas Racing Commission are subject to the inspection provisions of this part.
- (b) It shall be an unsuitable method of operation for an operator holding a license issued by the commission to deny any commission member or agent, upon proper and lawful demand, access to or inspection or disclosure of any portion or aspect of their operations.
