Interactive gaming systems
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
- (a) An operator shall not operate a new interactive gaming system in this state unless the interactive gaming system has been approved by the Arkansas Racing Commission.
- (b) Operators shall provide the commission, prior to commencing operations of their interactive gaming system, with a list of all persons who may access the main computer or data communications components of their interactive gaming system and any changes to that list shall be provided to the commission within ten (10) days.
