Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
- (a) A person may act as an operator of interactive gaming only if that person holds a license specifically permitting the person to act as an operator of interactive gaming.
- (b) Applications for an operator of an interactive casino license shall be made, processed, and determined in the same manner as applications for casino licenses, using such forms as the Arkansas Racing Commission may require or approve.
