Violation of law or rules
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
- (a) Violation of any provision of The Arkansas Casino Gaming Amendment of 2018, Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, or of this part by a licensee or the licensee’s agent or employee shall be deemed contrary to the public health, safety, morals, good order, and general welfare of the inhabitants of the State of Arkansas and grounds for suspension or revocation of a license and a fine in an amount of up to one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
- (b) Acceptance of a state casino license or renewal thereof by a licensee constitutes an agreement on the part of the licensee to be bound by all of the rules of the Arkansas Racing Commission as the same now are or may hereafter be amended or promulgated.
- (c) It is the responsibility of the licensee to keep informed of the content of all such rules, and ignorance thereof will not excuse violations.
