Carrying of licenses and credentials

- (a) All employee licenses, or an approved casino licensee’s identification badge, must be worn and displayed in a visible and conspicuous manner at all times when on the premises of the casino license holder.
- (b) No casino licensee shall permit a person to work in its licensed premises without said person carrying his or her Employee License, or a casino licensee identification badge, as provided in subsection (a) of this section.
- (c) An employee that wears a casino licensee’s identification badge visibly in lieu of an Employee License shall keep the license on their person at all times while on the licensed premises.
