Duration of the Employee License
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
- (a) Every Employee License shall be issued by the Arkansas Racing Commission for a period of three (3) years.
(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a) of this section, the commission may, as it deems necessary:
- (1) Issue any license for a shorter period of time; and
- (2) At any time, void an Employee License for reasonable cause.
