Persons or entities who must obtain a Key Employee License
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
- (a) Except as otherwise approved by the Arkansas Racing Commission, any person or entity who carries out or will carry out, or has or will have any of the functions mentioned in 23 CAR §§ 358-328 and 358-329 shall obtain a Key Employee License, or who carries out functions specified in Section 14.5 shall obtain a General Employee License before commencing work with a casino licensee.
- (b) The lists contained in this part are not all-inclusive but illustrative.
