23 CAR § 358-319 – Obligation for payment of fees — No refund of fees paid

(a) Any obligation for payment of fees arising from this part shall be paid in full to the Arkansas Racing Commission, even when the entity withdraws its application for a Service Industry License or the license is denied.
(b) No amounts paid for Service Industry License fees shall be refundable.
(c) Any failure to pay fees when due shall result in a late fee penalty established by the commission, denial or revocation of a license.
