Suspension, denial of renewal, or revocation of a Service Industry License
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
(a) Any of the following reasons shall be considered sufficient cause for the suspension, denial of renewal, or revocation of a Service Industry License:
- (1) Violation of any provision of this part;
- (2) Conduct which would disqualify the applicant or any other person required to be licensed by the Arkansas Racing Commission;
- (3) Failure to comply with any applicable law, state or federal rule or regulation, or county or municipal ordinance; or
- (4) The material misstatement made in the application for the Service Industry License.
- (b) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a) of this section, any other cause that the commission deems reasonable shall be considered sufficient cause for the suspension, denial of renewal, or revocation of a Service Industry License.
